Trial, plan limits, plan downgrades and account settings.

Trial and plans

Every new account starts with a Pro trial. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan; a reminder is sent 3 days and 1 day before the end (if your email is verified). Plan limits and prices are on the Pricing page.

No payments are taken during the public beta. Payment will be made in USDT (TRC20 / BEP20), once at the start of the period; there is no automatic renewal.

If your plan drops

Your data is not deleted:

• Strategies and lists above the limit keep working; creating new ones is disabled until you are within the limit.
• You can remove and reorder symbols in a list that is over the symbol limit; you cannot add new ones.
• On the chart, the first indicators in the list are computed and the rest stay marked "over your plan limit".
• New backtests run with Free limits (timeframes, history, number of symbols).

Account page

Account in the user menu:

• Profile and language: the language of the interface and your emails.
• Plan and usage: your current plan, its end date and your usage against the limits.
• Password: when you change it, you stay signed in on this device, other devices are signed out and you get a notification email.
• Sign out of all devices.
• Delete account: confirmed with your password; your strategies, backtest results, lists and layout are permanently deleted.
