These terms govern the use of the Candlestat web application (the "Service") provided by [YER TUTUCU: company name] ("Candlestat", "we"). By creating an account, you accept these terms and the Risk Disclosure, and confirm that you have read the Privacy Notice.

1. The Service

Candlestat is an analysis and testing tool that provides charts of crypto-asset markets, no-code strategy building, testing those strategies on historical data (backtesting) and parameter optimization.

• Candlestat does not provide investment advice, portfolio management or brokerage services and is not an institution authorized under capital markets legislation. No content in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell.
• The Service does not place orders on exchanges on your behalf and does not access your exchange account.
• Market data is obtained from third-party exchanges (currently Binance). Its accuracy, completeness and continuity are not guaranteed.
• The Service is in public beta: features, limits and the interface may change without notice; errors may occur.

2. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized use, change your password and use "Sign out of all devices".
• One account per person; accounts may not be created to obtain the trial again.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion cannot be undone.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others' rights,
• attempt to bypass the Service's security, access other users' data, create excessive load, or circumvent rate limits or plan limits,
• bulk-copy the Service or its data with automated tools, resell it or offer it in your own product,
• reverse engineer the Service (except where permitted by law).

If these rules are violated, we may suspend or close your account.

4. Your content

The strategies, lists and settings you create belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service to you (storage, computation, display) and do not share them with others. Backtest results are kept for the periods stated in the Privacy Notice.

5. Plans and payment

• Plans and limits are on the Pricing page. New accounts start with a trial; when it ends, the account moves to the free plan and you are not charged.
• No payments are taken during the public beta. Once payments are enabled: payment is made in USDT, once at the start of the chosen period; there is no automatic renewal; the price of a paid period does not change during that period.
• Refunds: [YER TUTUCU: refund and withdrawal policy].
• If your plan drops, your data is not deleted; new usage above the limits is disabled.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption or errors but do not guarantee it. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. During the beta we may remove or change features.

7. Limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is". Backtest and optimization results are model-based and may differ from real trading results (Risk Disclosure).
• You are responsible for investment decisions you make based on the use or unavailability of the Service and for their consequences.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. [YER TUTUCU: maximum liability amount].
• These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or contrary to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

8. Intellectual property

The software, design, texts and brand of the Service belong to [YER TUTUCU: company name]. You are granted only a non-transferable right of use for personal purposes under these terms.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. If these terms are violated or a legal obligation arises, we may suspend or close your account, with prior notice where possible.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. For material changes, the updated text is shown to you in the application and your renewed acceptance is required to continue using the Service. Each text's version is shown at the top of the page.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes: [YER TUTUCU: competent courts]; the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved for consumers.
